StealthMachines provides a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee from the date of arrival. Full refund honored only if the computer arrives in the same like-new condition as shipped. Special order parts and opened software are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
StealthMachines warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original invoice date. You have the option of extending this warranty at time of purchase up to 10 years. During the warranty period, StealthMachines will repair or replace defective parts at no charge.
To qualify for extended warranty service, you must register your product within 60 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with subject "PRODUCT REGISTRATION" including your name, address, phone number, and order number. Extended warranty is non-transferable.
Labor costs are free for all service within the warranty period. However, the extended warranty does not cover parts costs for chassis and motherboard â those are covered only for the period guaranteed by their respective original manufacturer warranty.
Bitcoin miners carry a 90-day warranty which cannot be extended under any circumstances, as their use exceeds standard manufacturer specifications.
Closed loop (CPU only): Covered for incidental damage within the original manufacturer warranty period. Leaks after that period are not covered.
Open loop (GPU included): StealthMachines is liable only for repair of the liquid cooling system itself â not other components damaged by leaks. Open loop components are warranted for one year only, non-extendable.
Use of 3rd-party replacement parts, coolants, or coolant additives voids this warranty.
To maintain warranty coverage, the computer must be kept free of dust using a static-free dust blower. Thermal grease on heatsinks must be replaced every two years. Liquid cooling fluid levels must be maintained. A maintenance record must be kept. All servicing must be performed by an IT professional authorized by StealthMachines.
All returns require an RMA number. No package will be accepted without one written clearly on the outside. To obtain an RMA number, call 888.273.2440. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issue.
Ship with: your bill of sale, full name, address, phone number, problem description, and RMA number. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways after the 30-day window. Ship via a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL). Do not ship via US Mail.
Upon receipt, StealthMachines will repair or replace and ship back within 5â10 business days.
In the event of a customer-initiated chargeback, customer agrees to pay all chargeback fees plus a mandatory 15% restocking fee plus all shipping and handling both ways. Customer voids all rights to a return without penalty in the event of a chargeback.
By purchasing from StealthMachines, you agree to allow up to 30 days for build. Order changes grant StealthMachines an additional 15 days. There is a mandatory 15% restocking fee for all cancelled orders. Rush processing fees are non-refundable regardless of circumstances.
